Reports how the purple waxy corn hybrid VNUA141 was bred and tested. National trials for value for cultivation and use (VCU) and for distinctness, uniformity and stability (DUS) ran in 2015 and 2016, and production trials ran from 2016 to 2017 at five sites in the Red River Delta and North Central region. VNUA141 was recognized for circulation by the Department of Crop Production in June 2022 (Decision No. 158/QĐ-TT-CLT).
